BEGINNER LEVEL WITH EKATERINI AND AILISH

Monday 5 February - Monday 26 March (8-weeks)

6.30pm - 7.30pm

TECHNIQUE AND COMBINATIONS

Beginners level belly dance taught by Ekaterini and Ailish. 
Absolute beginners welcome! Classes will focus on correct dance posture, breaking down the fundamental movements of belly dance technique as well as introducing students to simple combinations and drills that will help to build powerful muscle control.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL WITH EKATERINI

Monday 5 February - Monday 26 March (8-weeks)

7.30pm - 8.30pm

TECHNIQUE AND COMBINATIONS

Students will continue to develop their technique with the introduction to more complex and layered movements. Classes will also include more challenging drills and combinations.

 

ADVANCED LEVEL WITH EKATERINI

Tuesday 6 February - Tuesday 27 March (8-weeks)

7.30pm - 8.30pm

DRILLS!

This class will kick start the year of belly dancing with lots of drills that will help to strengthen technique. Drills will include shimmies, verticle and horizontal hip isolations/movements to get our hearts pumping. Be prepared to sweat!
