MONDAYS
BEGINNER LEVEL
Monday 20 January - Monday 2 March (6-classes)

This class will introduce students to the rich repertoire of moves that make belly dance a beautiful and expressive art form. Students will learn fundamental/basic technique and short combinations each week. Classes will also include drills to help build powerful muscle control and lots of stretching to add grace and fluidity to your movements. Suitable for absolute beginners and dancers wanting to refine the basics.
NOTE: Students are required to complete this class at least twice before progressing to the intermediate level.
Beginner level students are required to book via Trybooking (link above) to secure their place in the class. Please note that this class tends to fill up quickly. Due to the popularity of this class, full-term passes will only be available.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Monday 20 January - Monday 2 March (6-classes)

Students will continue to improve their technique with the introduction to more complex and layered movements. Classes will also include lots of stretching, more challenging drills and combinations to add strength and fluidity to your belly dancing.
Full Term: $115 / 3-Class Pass: $60 / Casual: $22 or $20 concession
TUESDAYS
FIGURE 8 (Belly Dance Fitness Class)
Tuesday 21 January - Tuesday 11 February (4-classes)
6.30pm - 7.30pm
Open to all levels! Belly dancing is a low impact total body workout and great for women of any fitness level. This class will include lots of drills and combinations to work your entire body, get your heart pumping and make you sweat! Suitable for beginners with no dance experience through to advanced level dancers wanting to add strength and power their technique.
4-Class Pass: $80 / Casual: $22 or $20 concession
ADVANCED LEVEL
Tuesday 21 January - Tuesday 25 February (6-classes)
7.30pm - 8.30pm
Students will learn impressive and layered movements, as well as ways to polish and advance technique to a professional level. Drills and complex combinations are included each week. Improvisation will also be covered, giving students an opportunity to explore and express their own creative style. Students are expected to practice at home between classes each week.

THURSDAYS
